Abstract
Using critical point theory, we study the existence of homoclinic orbits for the second-order Hamiltonian system $$\begin{array}{rl} \ddot{z}-K _ {z}(t,z)+V _ {z}(t,z)=h(t), \end {array}$$ where $V(t,z)$ depends periodically on $t$ and is superquadratic.
