Abstract

The main content of my talk is about some forefront question linked with mathematics and biology. I’ll discuss how to analyze and understand the data obtained from high throughput biological experiments. These problems have mystified biologist in recent days. In more than a decade ago, scientist began to find so many modulate pathways in the cells, these pathways have given us a view of the complicated network now. We can observe the data disturbance by using the metabolomics and genomics technology. How to understand the huge data obtained from some pathophysiological conditions has become the top priority for the future of biology research. I will introduce our group's latest research results and discuss future research directions with my colleagues at USC. Some open questions that biologists created by themselves also will be discussed in the talks. O(∩_∩)o, hope my talk will give you some new ideas.
