RNA is characterized by a string of letters from the alphabet A,U,G,C. This string tends to fold on itself in such a way that A matches with U and G matches with C. We abstract this model to strings wrapping around plane trees. We will investigate the number of trees that given sequences can wrap around. (Work done while at GRWC-Ames).
