To register, submit an abstract, and/or request financial support for travel please complete and submit your entry at this Google Form:

If you do not complete the entire form at one time or need to return to the form to modify your entry prior to the deadline date, be sure to follow the instructions for recording your entry URL provided after hitting the “Submit” button. Pay special attention to the listed deadline dates for each section, as you will not be able to modify any section beyond the published deadline; nor will you be able to access your entry without your personal URL provided.

  • REGISTRATION (CLOSED): All participants attending / presenting at the conference must be registered. This can be done at the conference, but we strongly encourage you to register online in advance. This will help considerably with scheduling lecture halls, planning for refreshments, and printing documentation. ONLINE DEADLINE: April 30, 2015

  • ABSTRACT SUBMISSION (CLOSED): Only one entry as first author/presenter is permitted per participant. If more than one entry is submitted, only the first time-stamped entry will be considered. Inline LaTex markup is allowed. Abstract length is limited to a maximum of 3000 characters. Figures are not allowed. DEADLINE: April 17, 2015

  • TRAVEL GRANTS (CLOSED): A limited number of travel grants are available to students, early career mathematicians, and traditionally underrepresented groups planning to attend the conference. Award amounts will depend on the number of applications received. Preference will be given to those presenting a talk. Please submit your request early if you wish to be considered as entries are time stamped. If all criteria above are met, funds will be distributed on a “first come, first serve” basis. (Note: receipts will be required for all reimbursements.) DEADLINE: April 10, 2015
